1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Surya Facility Management for commercial housekeeping, deep cleaning, facade glass washing, or manpower outsourcing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable local laws of Andhra Pradesh, India.

2. Scope of Services

Surya Facility Management provides commercial and residential upkeep solutions based on formally agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or written quotations. All operational deployments, shift timings, and staff counts will be defined in the specific service contract executed between Surya Facility Management and the client.

3. Client Site Obligations & Safety

To ensure safe and efficient execution of services, clients agree to:

• Provide safe access to water, electricity, and designated storage areas for cleaning equipment and Taski chemicals.
• Ensure site environments comply with basic safety regulations, especially for high-rise facade cleaning projects requiring structural anchor points.
• Verify on-site attendance logs maintained by Surya Facility supervisory staff.

4. Quotations & Payment Terms

All formal quotations issued by Surya Facility Management are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance. Invoices for recurring housekeeping and manpower supply are billed on a monthly basis and payable within the designated credit period specified in the commercial agreement.

5. Statutory Compliance

Surya Facility Management guarantees 100% compliance with applicable labor laws, including Employees' Provident Fund (EPF), Employees' State Insurance (ESI), and minimum wage notifications issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
